Advances in risk-based monitoring, AI and connected clinical technology help trial teams move from data to decisions faster.
RALEIGH, N.C. – September 14, 2026 – Viedoc will showcase its latest clinical data innovations at the Society for Clinical Data Management Annual Conference, taking place September 14–17 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Viedoc continues to expand its connected eClinical platform with capabilities designed to reduce manual work, strengthen oversight and help sponsors and CROs make faster, more confident decisions.
Recent advances include targeted source data verification through Viedoc SDV Manager and MRACT, the Monitor-driven Risk Assessment Categorization Tool, co-developed with A2 Healthcare on a peer-reviewed, risk-based monitoring method. These capabilities help study teams focus monitoring resources where they are needed most while maintaining clear, audit-ready documentation of risk assessments and SDV decisions.
Viedoc is also advancing its AI strategy through Viedoc Vantage, our approach to applying AI across clinical trials to support better decisions and more efficient workflows. AI-assisted medical coding is available today, with additional capabilities in development for study build, patient onboarding, proactive risk signals that catch issues and clean data as it arrives, and natural-language interaction with clinical data.
“Innovation should create a meaningful advantage for the organizations running clinical trials,” said Royden James, Chief Product and Technology Officer at Viedoc. “We’re building technology that helps CROs differentiate, enables study teams to accomplish more with existing resources and turns trusted data into faster, better decisions.”
Viedoc’s continued investment in innovation has earned industry recognition. In August 2026, Viedoc earned a place on the Everest Group’s list of the top 50 Pharmaceutical Technology Providers. The company was previously named a Leader in their Life Sciences Electronic Data Capture Products PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2024 and a Major Contender in its 2025 eCOA assessment.
