Clinical Trial Consultants, or CTC, is a Sweden-based Clinical Research Organization (CRO) that conducts needed research to develop new and improved treatments for the life science industry. CTC’s team is made up of 85 employees, and the majority of everyone involved in the clinical studies works directly with Viedoc.
We chose Viedoc from the clinic’s perspective. We thought that it’s an excellent system for our clinic primarily because of the site staff that really likes it - it’s easy to use, and the backend of Viedoc that the biometrics team works with is very attractive.
To work with one system is extremely important to us. It cuts timelines in our studies, and it creates simplicity for the clinic. The fact that it is one system that they are used to working with, and that we’ve more or less run study after study in it, makes it extremely efficient. So it is vital to our efficiency as a CRO that we can do everything in one system. It is very important that it is easy to use, that it’s clear what you type in, and Viedoc is very user-friendly. It’s easy to see if you’ve typed in the wrong value, you get notified immediately, it’s easy to switch between different pages, and patients, so above all else it’s very engaging and easy to use.
