We are now looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager China

Would you like to take the lead in our sales and marketing in China? We are an innovative software company with headquarters in Sweden and are growing rapidly within the clinical research industry. We require a Sales and Marketing Manager for our office in China, reporting to the General Manager at PCG Solutions Shanghai and responsible for sales in China.

Key Accountabilities

  • Overall accountability for sales, and strategies for business targets
  • Identifying and building relationships internally and externally to drive business opportunities, and manage ‘top to top’ relationships with key clients and other related business partners
  • Engaging and managing business partners within sales and marketing (re-sellers, consultants, sub-contractors and CRO’s)
  • Managing social media accounts and posting relevant content.
  • Arranging for the company to attend relevant industry events and conferences.
  • Setup and perform business and sales meetings
  • Manage our business accounts in China
  • Define and execute business plans
  • Produce contracts, proposals and follow up activities
  • Support our partners with sales information
  • Supporting in development of our Marketing strategy in China.

Desired skills and experiences

  • Knowledge and experience of sales within the clinical trial area.
  • Native Chinese
  • Good English
  • Broad knowledge of clinical trials industry, 5+ years
  • Knowledge of software industry business and/or vendor management
  • Good network within the clinical trials industry
  • Relevant university degree, or equivalent business experience in clinical trials industry
  • Experience of engaging and managing partners
  • Can give good impact and influence

  • Shanghai, China

  • Full-time 

Travel

  • Some travel is expected, both domestic (1 – 3 times per month) and international (mainly to Sweden once or twice per year).

As a system developer focusing on .NET and the web, you will develop, design and implement functionality in close cooperation with the product owner, with a strong focus on usability, reliability and quality. We work in an agile manner and believe strongly that small cross-functional teams empowered to make decisions and move fast are the best way to achieve our goals.
