The role includes project co-ordination between our customers, our internal organization and our sub-contractors. You will demonstrate our product, help our customers to get started and go live with their studies as well as performing trainings and technical support to our customers.

You will be a part of our Professional Services and Partner Support team, and work closely with the Sales & Marketing, System Development and Product Management department.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a person that would help us develop our business, introducing new ideas and energy. We assume that all required skills and experiences stated below might not be met but should be considered as a starting point for an open discussion.

Requirements

  • Relevant work experience within clinical trials (e.g. Project manager, CRA, Data manager)
  • Experience in using SAS is a plus
  • Fluent in English is a requirement, other languages are a plus
  • A strong customer focus and the ability to understand our customers 
  • Passion for technology, problem solving and customer supportability
  • Experience with JavaScript development or trouble shooting

We are now looking for IT Operations Specialists to help strengthen the delivery of our product, Viedoc.


Job Description and requirements

As an IT Operations Specialist at PCG Solutions you will be part of a fast-growing company on a global scene. Viedoc is used to improve human health around the world. You will work with both the delivery of Viedoc and supporting our Office IT environment in Office 365.

We are in the transition from traditional hosting of Viedoc, using our own hardware, to using a cloud-based platform in Microsoft Azure.

The role includes the maintenance, delivery development and monitoring of Viedoc. It includes working with our product management and system development teams to roll-out releases of new versions of Viedoc several times a year. Also, supporting our customer support team with third line support tickets.

Our goal is to have Viedoc available at any time and the role will include on-call duty.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain and document the delivery of our SaaS solution
  • Maintain and improve our Office IT environment

Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows Server
  • MySQL

  • Analyze and test software to ensure that products meet design specifications and are within total quality management limits and standards.
  • Write, maintain, and execute manual tests
  • Isolate, replicate, and report bugs and verify bug fixes.
  • Participate actively in the entire system development life cycle.
  • Communicate with product developers and technical support specialists on software issues.
  • Contribute to requirement analysis from a testability point of view
