Job description

Lead Generation Manager’s responsibilities will include:

  • Understand the context of Viedoc – Industry, Product, Customer with special emphasis on distilling pain points 
  • Understanding our current messaging towards the customer and improving that continuously 
  • Create an outbound lead generation strategy and playbook 
  • Hiring, training and management of the Lead Generation Specialists (or Sales Development Representatives) globally (US and Europe for now, in future it can include Japan, China etc.) 
  • Constant development of the team, their education regarding the pain  points and messaging. 
  • Motivate team members through creative incentives 
  • Regularly report on Team/Individual Results 
  • Coordinating extensively with marketing in terms of 1) using the material they produce 2) giving active feedback on the material, marketing activities and new ideas 3) working on lead automation flows  
  • Work with the CRM and have the team follow the process 
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders on a day to day basis – primary sales managers, CRM manager, Marketing manager


Who you are

  • 2+ years experience in software sales space as a lead generation manager  
  • 2+ years experience of having done a lead generation or sales role 
  • Passionate about the latest Sales development techniques and messaging tactics 
  • Consistent track record of quota achievement both as a manager and as individual contributor 
  • Experience in using tools and tech for lead generation like Leedfeeder, Zoom info, Sales Navigator, CRM etc. 
  • Leadership and motivational skills 
  • International experience - preferable in the US, China and Japan 
  • Fully fluent in English, verbal and written 
  • Work permit for Sweden 
  • Pragmatic, structured and proactive 
  • Integrity and strong work ethics

  • Conducting technical demos of our product
  • Assign our customers get started within our product
  • Providing designer training and technical support to our customers
  • Coordinating between our customers, internal departments, sub-contractors, and partners to ensure smooth delivery of working eClinical suite builds
  • Providing feedback in the form of feature requests to our product development team based on customer requests
